First superhero movie ever that I'd actually call a good film. People are calling it the Godfather of comic book movies. Acting and casting are superb...what can I say about Ledger's performance...

Go see it. I'm going to NYC tomorrow to see it again in IMAX.

This is something Colin said, so it's not my observation, but it is really crazy that they didn't fuck up this adaptation, of all the comics out there. Well, this would be the one I'd like them not to fuck up, and they've certainly followed through...

It was amazing.

I thought it was a truly incredible movie.

No doubt it is very good over all. However, I felt at the last 45 mins a little rush. Especially on Harvey's character. Maybe that's just me.

Then again... The Joker is the reason we watch this movie. Completely steal the show.

It seems like a great movie, i'm watching it today, but i can't help but feel that much of the hype and praise is partially given to the movie due to the fact that Ledger died and people seem to feel that they owe it to him to praise the movie. Even if it is that great, which i'm sure it is, i don't think the movie would have gotten the kind of attention it's getting had Ledger not died.

I have a similar thought as well but after watching it.... he's the most interesting character of the entire show...
