I am interested in making my M14 a DMR weapon/ Recon weapon.
I want accuaracy with power. Basically about 430-450 fps. Semi only. I want an armored gear box that I wont have to fiddle with very much.
Any suggestions as what to put in are helpful.
I run a 560 fps set up. Over a year now and no problems. I run stock TM motor, prometheus triple torque gear, guarder sp150 spring, you probably want sp130. Also guarder bushings, although systema a1000s are better. Guarder cylinder, G&P polycetal piston head, guarder v7 spring guide, KM TN 6.04 tightbore, but a Dees customs or prometheus 6.01 is probably better. Thats all I can remember and then of course 12v 1400mah hi output battery with deans connectors. good luck man. By the way I have hit targets at close to and over 300ft easily and I still run full auto at 14 rounds a second. If you want a new gearbox, try the G&P gearbox. its $82 at redwolf.
