I have a few questions for the Socal people in general that I can't seem to find answers to.

First up, where are all the all the events? My google-fu consistently turns up nothing. Am I missing something, or is practical shooting kinda dead here? The only event I have even heard of is the one at Evike on some saturdays, although Evike doesn't seem to know anything about this for some reason.

Also, where are you guys practicing at? Is there a real steel shooting range thats airsoft friendly, or a place people go for that sort of thing? I can't shoot in my apartment (too small, too loud) and I don't know any one that's into practical shooting to ask about it.

I would really like to get into PS, just don't know where to get started I guess.

as for practicing, I guess you do it in the backyard or something, although a place to do that would be nice, haven't find one yet...

Sucks that it is this saturday, already have plans. Are you guys going to have these on a regular basis, or at any other locations?

As far as practice, I am thinking of just getting out the phone book and calling all the Orange County area shooting ranges and seeing what they say. The internet has a few varied reports of people taking AEGs to the range with their kids, but I haven't found anything about anyone who takes a GBB to one for serious practice.

Living in the heart of the OC kinda sucks, my "backyard" is smaller than a jail cell. Makes me miss living in Wyoming, there's... just a few places to shoot there
