The firing mechanism and whatnot is actually "almost" identical to real AR. The take apart procedure is the same....so those will help you also...
There's a little wobble on the barrel. Very little, but still annoying. If I tighten the delta ring using an armorers wrench (by hand, no vise), the gas tube hole is blocked. Should I tighten it more to get the hole unblocked? After watching some videos on Brownells.com, I'm thinking of getting one of those AR receiver blocks. I'm just worried I might strip the threads on the delta ring/lower receiver or worse crack the receiver while it's clamped on a vise.
Thought of those, but where can you buy them?

I dunno, but I googled it and found a bunch of different ones.
Couldn't find one, so I made one out of a soda can. Suprisingly, it worked. No more wobble, barrel nut indexed correctly. Now to figure out why bolt won't lock back on empty mag .....
try a less stiffer bolt stop spring, and how exactly was it done, pics?
Sorry, didn't take any pics. Got the tip from TriChrome of NJ airsoft forum, so credit goes to him. I just cut the ends of the soda can and ended up with a flat sheet of aluminum. If you have a spare barrel nut shim, just trace it and cut with scissors. I actually used a circular cutting tool I had for my R/C cars, used to make perfect circular wheel wells on lexan R/C bodies.
