I have an old M15A4 that is not working. Took the gun apart, and plugged in the battery and nothing works when the trigger is pulled. The serial number is below #20 (if that means anything) and was sold by Armalite (yes, the real gun company) as a collector's item or as a training rifle.
Anyhow, the hopup is plastic instead of the current metal. The inside of the lower receiver is different than the current CA M15A4s. However, the gearbox looks like a version 2.
Is it worth rebuilding the rifle or shall I scrap it for parts?
