Yeah, they're reputable. Brad is a good guy, he can also order you stuff from overseas. But he'll jump the gun and order stuff for you even if you just want a price quote. So just be sure to clarify that you want just a price quote on something, if that's all you want. Otherwise, if you're just ordering what they have in stock and what's on the website, they're good.
