rephrase, I don't want to start a thread with THAT picture

My new blaster...
G&P M4 QRF
Troy Ind. Medieval Flash Hider (PROUD Copy)
Troy Ind. Low-profile Gasblock
CA HiCap
Replica Troy battle sights en route.
Just a note about this gun, the outer barrel is threaded 14mm+, unlike most airsoft guns. I don't know if this is old news, but I guess G&P will be doing this with all of their guns from now on. Good for adding RS flash hiders, bad for most airsoft flash hiders and suppressors.
More/better/complete pics soon, don't have all the accessories and there's about 10 inches of snow outside

Just a bit of news for you Render, G&P has been using CW threads on their outer barrels FOREVER. This isn't a new development. I own several.
I do have a question for you though; what did you do with the front sight block that you took off that gun? Would it be for sale?
mwah ahh ahhhh!
Ok, I have a second question as well; where did you get your proud flash hider from? I've got 2 that are CCW threads, but my local aircrack dealer
*cough* Allen
*choke* couldn't find me any CW versions locally. This IS the steel version, correct?
Let me know what you think of the G&P crane stock, I'm starting to experiment with crane stocks for lipo batteries, and thus far, I've only gotten a Classic Army unit.
Nice weapon Render i wish i had one.
Thanks for the comments guys.

I'll probably sell it eventually, although it is a little worn since I had to beat the holding pin out with an allen key and a small screwdriver :P But it's in good shape. I'll keep you posted.

I got mine from
Airsoft Global, not my favorite retailer, but the only one that had it in stock...and yes 'tis the steel version.

I've only handled this stock and the CA crane stock...This one seems narrower, maybe a little smoother around the edges...but essentially it feels very similar. One thing I didn't like about the CA version is it has some weird pieces of plastic inside that jut out toward the back, and sometimes battery wires snag on those. This made it very difficult to get my old batter in and out, at times. Haven't gotten the G&P battery yet, but I think the G&P battery system is much "cleaner" in terms of wires and taking the battery in/out. Although...I've heard that the G&P batteries aren't that great, but we'll see.
A&K S-System used to look like this in my first mod attempt.
Now v2 (I gave up on the King Arms G27 grip....it just never fit right to the CA lower)
