Placed an order and asked for it be canceled it it was not complete, an option they give.

The very same day, they take less then half of what was owed, without confirmation, leading me to believe that all of my items were not available.

For the last two days now, I've been trying to get a refund through paypal and through attempted contact with them.

I just got an email asking for extra shipping fees. Ugh.

If you don't mind this type of deal, use em. If you're annoyed by shotty business practices, and you can find them item elsewhere, do so.

Airsoftglobal is the only company where I never had a problem.

I actually have no issue with UN, make sure don't do Paypal express checkout when placing the order, they will then send you an order number including shipping charges, then use paypal with the order number under the subject line. They shipped within 24 hours after receive the payment.
