Greetings everyone,

I thought I would take this opportunity, while Arnie's is down for upgrades, to see if anyone thought we should open "The Workbench" forum on the site. I haven't heard any requests for it, so let's hear your thoughts.

Should we have sub-forums to break it down into areas like rifles, pistols, gas guns, AEG's, and the like? Let me know!
I'd like to. It would be good to have a specific area for technical discussion. Most everyone who's currently active on this forum has had some technical experience, and it's always good to get technical advice from someone who really knows how to mod and customize. That's another small problem with Arnie's. There are so many users that people can get misinformed by other users who really don't know what they're talking about, and since these forums are still tightly knit it might be great to have a no-bullshit tech subforum.

I dunno if that makes any sense so...

Yes we should open it, it would at least help to avoid clutter.
It would be interesting, but how about a designated member group so newer people on the forums know about those with experience really are, and that their opinion counts?
I would be interested in opening up more areas for people to really make Traders a place to check out more often. Just like the gallery page, the work bench can increase the general traffic on the site, and therefore (hopefully) increase the amount of sales.
i definitely think it should be opened regardless of what is going on at arnies because to me it seems that we have a high percentage of regulars here who really know their stuff and especially about GBB. It seems like everyone and their mother is a AEG 'expert' but not that many people know their way around GBBs as well as these custom builders that we have here so i think we should definitely take advantage of their brains Tongue02
The Workbench is now open! Enjoy!
