but this forum is, imho, airsoft's best kept secret....
so many quality members, so many quality items always for sale, so much quality information..... i almost dont like telling my friends about this website...
which makes me feel bad a little, since i know more traffic for a website is always a good thing.... but i fear that if too many people knew about traders, it would degrade the quality.
I've never had a bad experience on this forum or with any (true) member of this forum.... of course there are a few trolls and morons (maxwell) that eventually find their way here, but thats unavoidable......
So heres an official thanks from me to Collin and the mods that help run this site.

I don't think its cheesy at all. Since I joined this site, I've gone from simply wanting to shoot cool toys to building guns as a true hobby.
This site has such a vast amount of information on it and the members here are some of the most upstanding in the airsoft community. I'd like to thank everyone who contributes to this site, especially to the mods and those who have taken their own time to help me develop my appreciation for this hobby.
Yeah I definitely have to put a huge +1 on that, this website is really awesome, It's really opened my eyes to the potential that airsoft can be. I started out on the lower end experimenting with clones and stuff but now I'm starting to move away from those and get into higher quality stuff. Thanks you guys!

Although most members are US based, I really have done lots of business with the guys overhere, talked about rare parts and found a forum where people still like the rare quality parts and magna based WA's.
If you look at the picture threads I think it is a collection of all masterpieces. Members are very helpful and some very rare stuff and quality pieces can be found in the for sale thread.

+1 to what everyone has said so far...
I only found traders due to a reference from Hentaro and Vaingaurd when I was looking for my first metal slide for my Infinity. Since then, browsing around this forum has made me love WA Infinities even more, and in the future I'll be able to share my own guns that hopefully meet the high standards of the forum members.
I find it funny that I also keep the knowledge of this forum....secretive. Wouldn't want it to turn into a cesspool of random strangers posting usesless info and pandering cheap wares. This community is very close knit and theres a certain level of trust here. This is a very niche part of the airsoft world and Traders is the place to go if you want to learn, ask questions and get your problems solved. Not to mention I like being able to buy and and sell things on here and not have to worry about being scammed. The member rep on this board is solid. Go and read the feedbacks in Bartertown and you'll see the same names appear over and over again.
Agreed plastik, thats probably my favorite part. Being able to trust another member of this forum without any worry.
I honestly believe that this forum is comprised of some of the greatest minds in all of airsoft today.
To be honest, this, ggi and ca.org are the only forums i ever care to visit anymore besides my local forum...

I think the high cost of entry for the toys people play with here is enough deterrant.....
The only issue here is the spam bots, but aside from that, its a good place to find quality collector and quality connection for parts.....

This site and it's senor members rejuvenated the hobby for me. I too would like it kept lughead free.
The inane arnies topics made me feel almost ashamed to be apart of this community.
