Hi race pistol enthusiasts,
My first gas pistol ever was my TM Hicapa 5.1. That being said, I've been airsofting for 3-4 years now, and I've been slowly but surely upgrading her, and now it's coming down to what to do for my slide and barrel.

Before everything, a tiny list of upgrades I have in/on/for her:

Guarder 150% hammer and recoil springs
Shooter's Design purple grip
Guarder Hi-Flow valves in 2 magazines
Extended slide release
Big Dragon IPSC Speed Holster (Yellow )

I've wanted to do a hybrid slide, and wanted to to a compensator, but now I've decided that I want BOTH a hybrid slide and compensator. That being said, I'm running in large circles trying to find out what companies produce what parts, and don't feel like pounding my face on my keyboard looking for answers, so I was wondering if the general internet public would help me.

Here's a large numbered list of questions that I would like explained, or if someone can point me to some 'Idiots Guide to Boss Ass Race Pistols' I would be very gracious.

1. Where do you all go for your hybrid slides? Where I've been looking, there are only one or two and they always have the same design / trademark.
2. What company mostly makes these? I've been looking at Shooter's Design, but as I said before they only have 2-3 types (that I can find.)
3. Is it possible to put a compensator on the front of a hybrid barrel? If so, again, what brand?
4. Which brands are the best in terms of reliability, and compatibility?
5. Where do you guys find everything!?!?!
6. Where can I find / what is IMM in terms of race pistols? I've seen 'Tribrid' pistols that toss around IMM as if it's a brand, but can't find information on it anywhere.

But IPSCGM sells all these parts and probably has the best website (pictures and crap) - though I've never ordered from them.

Well I've been sitting here all day scrolling through the 'Official' 2011 and race pistols threads, and then it all clicked in my head: These dudes can help me!

Quick question though, how much does shipping run you from there usually?

Not much(at least not different from any other HK source), they have a pretty simple shipping cost thing. Just add the stuff to cart, look at how much the item weigh, and you'll know how much it cost....
