You're going to have headaches in the Philippines. Customs will put a nice import tax on your purchase. Since paypal is not allowed in the Philippines because of the way money laundering laws are written there, it will have to be a bank transfer. It's best to e-mail Prog4 them and let them know what your needs are. I don't know how the other guys received their orders, but most HK retailers utilize EMS speedpost.
You're other option is to contact the local airsoft shops for the parts you need. Customs is going to have a field day when your stuff comes through, and you might end up paying just the same or even more with import tax. Worst case scenario, your items just disappear.
You can ask Captain KK to send your package via Fedex or UPS, but it's going to cost more. He normally sends packages through EMS, which means it's going to go through the local post office. I don't know what you experience is with your town's post office, but I would think twice before doing so, based on the experiences I had when I was back home.
You can try contacting Uncle Jim or Nick @ Airsoft Warehouse if they are still importing. They were usually able to get me anything I needed as long as it was in Taiwan or HK.
From what I've seen, Philippine excise tax for airsoft brought in by private individuals was 50 to 100% of the value of the item. This is also dependent on the courier used. Gotta love Philippine bureaucracy, always eager to take money from the populace, not so quick in providing essential services.
Airsoft importation back home and the law are really set up to benefit monied business interests, not the guy trying to build his gun at home.
That being said, if you can afford Prog4 and you live in the RP, then you can afford the extra bucks for FedEx. It will get through customs painlessly as well. Besides, the 125cc UPS delivery guys always get lost.
