hey guys i been directed to this site as apparently you guys are more experienced than the guys on Arnie's and ASCUK

Here is my problem :

Brand new systema Turbo mech box in a magpul body

Worked fantastic no problems, FPS= too low so i decided to change it, to a 328 fps spring aka 1J by systema

Then this started to happen:

1.Sometimes you get 2 shots when you tap semi
2.One shot will happen and another bb will fall/roll out the barrel
3.You can hear the non reverse latch not catching the gear for some reason

There is no wear to the bevel gear, nor is there any to the non reverse latch nor is there any wear to the semi auto cut of lever

So why isnt’t it engaging what’s causing the problems

Tried different motors, batteries, voltages !

Video here:

Tried everything !

HELP ME PLEASE before i shoot myself (with a KSC glock Aiwebs_015)
Hey,
I took a look at your video and what it seems like is your anti-reversal latch is not being allowed to return to the bevel gear once rotation starts, let me ask is there heat shrink on the wires next to the anti-reversal latch? if there is then there is your problem, you will need to cut that shrink off since it is most likely pressing against the latch and making it stick. Let me know what you find.
no heat shrink near the latch its a front wired gearbox

what ile do is file down the axel so it can freely rotate
maybe the reversal latch spring is worn and needs to be replaced? if it's doing double shots on semi it might be the cutoff not engaging.
i have tried several springs from other AEGs it does not make any difference
the springs will not be the issue, try replacing the actual anti-reversal latch, like plastik said it could be worn down. Also check that your cut-off lever is actually engaging correctly by manually spinning the gears to see if the trigger resets or not. If the cut off is not engaging correctly then check for wear on it, if there is no wear then check the bottom of your sector gear to see if maybe the tear drop is worn out. And be sure that your trigger plug isn't worn down as well since that is the cause of about 45% of these issues where the gun will fire multiple times on semi auto.
yes i took out the spring and then used my finger through the hole and it catched every time ! so i have no idea what the cause is, i dont see any ware to the semi auto cut off lever, i havent checked the sector gear but i dont think i remember seeing the tear drop worn out.

I have not checked the trigger switch, but i didnt notice any wear

i have tried 3 non reverse latches and changed the spring several times

Interesting fact

i tried to change the pistol grip on my dboy pdw from a short one to a large one, when i stuck on the large grip it gave the same problems, then when i changed the grip it stoped

So maybe it could be the grip, whats odd is that i did change the grip but for one thats exactly the same
