when i pull back the slide, the hammer comes right back with it and fires full auto.
i disassembled the frame and everything looked normal. when i put it back together, same thing.

Ensure that the leaf spring is properly seated, especially the middle prong.
It may also be that your seer has a ridge on it, and the leaf spring is getting caught up on it, and not functioning properly as a result. I'd grind off the ridge, and it should solve the problem. (I've found that most stock TM Hi-Capa seers have this ridge on them, and it doesn't seem to serve any purpose, aside from mess up every so often).
If you're looking at the seer mounted in the replica, it'll be the corner on the bottom right (assuming the muzzle is pointed to the left).
Take your right arm round the back of your attackers blocked arm and use your middle finger to hook round their elbow.
Now Pull your attackers elbow out to the side and place your left hand on the inside of their elbow. Up to now this is a standard elbow lock. You only need to have your little finger on the back of their elbow at this point.
and then while you have your attackers arm locked you give him a reach around... and that should fix your hammer....
