Tokyo Model Compay

Good stock of parts. Nice website.
First time ordering from them.

A little above average shipping cost. I paid $40.00 for shipping of a TM Hi-CAPA and a few small parts that fit within the box.

They did process the order quickly and I received it within 4 days.

Problem. They sent me a wrong part and they want me to ship it back to them. The part I paid for was $28.00, the part they sent me was $24.00. They said they would refund my paypal for shipping. But by that time they might as well have just shipped it to me for free.

I just got finished emailing them back. I asked them to to ship me the correct part. I offered to pay $24.00 for the part (but they pay shipping), and I just keep the wrong part.

Suprisingly they have emailed me very fast back and forth, so far i have not gotten an answer.

(I asked them about wholesale pricing also btw. first order $5,000.00 and $1,000 time after).

I will let you know the outcome.
I've purchased many hard to find WA kits and parts from Tokyo Model. Their service was always quite good. From time to time though, their website did not reflect that an item was out of stock.
I just like to add to the list about my experience, they respond to e-mail within a day, even on weekend. And unlike Redwolf when I want to change the order last minute after I paid they would allow me to do that and refund me the difference. I think I'll try to get stuff from them as often as I can from now on...
back in the days...when it was only DEN, Redwolf and TMC online...there was a time when TMC dominated the price market(yet their ordering/payment procedures (wire only) and really really bad english steered customers away)..when a KSC Glock 17 (1st generation/release) was $115-125 at all other airsoft shops, TMC was selling them for $70..that was pretty much just a small percentage of what the actual HK street price was (vs online pricing).

Nowadays, TMC has pretty much bumped their prices up to match others, updated their website, have better english speakin workers, and started accepting Paypal....
I have to agree

They do have some good pricing and good shipping, but still, sometime it says "in stock" while it's not, that's their biggest problem
I've only used them twice. Or attempted to use them

Both times, I've confirmed the stock of an item, been sent an invoice only to pay and find out the item is no longer in stock.

Personally, I'd avoid em. I now get to wait 4 days for the money be wired back to my banks account.

A major bloody hassle and a far cry from professionalism.
actually, before you decide to buy something from them, make sure they have them, e-mail them

aside from that, their service is very good
I did Jer. They were mistaken.
in that case, tell them to get it from another retailer and ask for a discount Aiwebs_011

that happen a lot to H.K retailers
I don't think they'd be willing.
