Ordered a KSC Glock 19 Shuey with Express Shipping. It took them 5 days to send me a quote with payment instructions. I sent paypal payment immediately then it took them another 8 days to confirm the order and send it out. They didn't send the confirmation on their own. Excluding the 4 emails I sent within those 8 days, I filed a complaint through Paypal. I submitted a dispute/refund through paypal then by some miracle they instantly replied to my email and notified me that it was shipping out the next day. No explanation to why, but just "sorry". Poor communications and horrible customer service. I'll update this thread when the gun gets here.
It took them 2 months to get me an order for a WA magna LAPD swat II metal kit. I'd given it up for dead even after emailing them numerous time to no effect. The sucky thing is that they always have cool stuff that I want
I find that emailing them 5 times a day helps a lot. They responded quickly to my emails. However, they waited until I emailed them to ship the package, even though they received my payment a week earlier... Well at least their body kits are nice enough that we're willing to wait. I wonder if calling them over the phone would be easier (assuming you know Cantonese).

I'm going try and do even better and learn to speak Cantonese...no, but I did try to email them before I placed an order because I had heard of their response times from other members on other sites. 3 mails and no reply. I will have to try the electronic bombardment next.
