gotta keep emailing them, they probably forgot. Just spam them every 24 hours... Its nothing new.
I deal with boomarms before and they are not the best place to shop (internet wise), extremely slow response. On the other hand, I shopped ehobbyasia, they might not carry some of the unique stuffs but they ship fast! If I make an order on Monday, I will see my package arrives before the weekend!
But their response to email is slow in terms of customer service...
