I have no idea how long I have been obsessed with the m93r, but its been a while. With KSC as the most favorable manufacturer in my opinion, I was always fascinated with creating a precise mix of version 1, 2 and hardkick to create a powerfully reliable custom piece.

So I created an KSC M93R Sniper

Parts list is as follows:
KSC m93r version 2 complete frame
Auto 9 hardkick unit
Auto 9 hop up
Auto 9 grips
KM 6.04mm TN Inner Barrel for KSC M93R AUTO 9
Zeke metal slide and barrel set
Nine ball silencer adapter
Firefly guide rod with bearing
Hurricane M9 scope mount
Unknown Reddot scope accessory??
King Arms A.A.C. silencer

Of Course everything was not compatible

The the Zeke outer barrel required extensive reaming to fit the hop-up unit since it is only designed for a non-hop-up barrel. In addition, the hop-up had to be shaved down to fit in the barrel. I missed a few times and exposed raw aluminum, but in fine lines and not gouges.Aiwebs_017

Of course m9 and m93r are not always synonymous, so the scope mount had to be custom fit to the frame of the m93r and caused some abrasion when checking the fit. Also, the auto grips interfere with slide lock engaging properly and the left side had to be filed.

But, somethings are made for each other.

Surprisingly, the hard-kick unit was a drop in fit, along with silencer, adapter, guide, and inner barrel Aiwebs_011

In the end attributes include super long barrel that extends past even the silencer adapter (Would love to Chronograph). The gun fires in semi, full, and 3 burst. The M93r can accept scope accessories. The silencer provides some style, but mainly just protects the inner barrel.

The only loose end that MUST be tied is the blowback action. The hardkick unit and hammer on the m93r version 2 frame kind of stick, therefore, the gun's recoil spring must be upgraded to close breech properly and enable auto and burst fire modes. After a suggestion from another member, I have decided on a guarder 150% spring for marui m92f because my guide rod is of the same diameter as the marui pistol.

Future upgrades to the pistol will probably include the KM steel sear, which I have, and the KM steel breech guide, which I must acquire. A KM hammer strut upgrade and hard hammer spring would be nice, but that would require me to procure hi-flows for the 3 mags that I have.

Also does anyone know where I might get the firefly rocket valve(piston) or the OK aluminum piston? Are these any good? My dreams would be realized if I could get the Zeke m93r frame also.....
can u post pictures of the entire gun? where did u find the silencer adapter and barrel?
The whole firefly piston assembly would be a good idea, mine came from DEN, I believe. I blew up the original KSC unit and as far as I know, the Firefly assembly is going strong with its current owner.
I got the adapter from poweredgeusa. The barrel was from dentrinity some time ago. I will try to post pics tomorrow, the gun is just so elongated, its hard to get a good detailed profile.

Twin_Cam, everywhere the firefly valve is sold out, trying to find someone who has one in their gun or has parts. I have one in my mk23 and it works great with the TN inner barrel. The funny thing is that either den or uncompany sells a firefly KSC m9 valve(in stock apparently); isn't the piston unit the same in the m93r first and the m92?
Here are the full size pictures that I took today...

This is the piece by itself

The size is larger than that of a KSC M11 with silencer attached

it would look insane with a m93r rear stock installed but the auto grip is a good trade off.
i want it!
thats awesome man... 5 stars all around....

i've got a out of commission system 7 93r w/ black grips instead of the ugly (imo) faux wood ones...
its out of comission cause the mag is fubared... and i have like 10 standard 93r mags so no sense in buying more for a diff platform of the same gun...

idk if the black ones will fit, but lmk if you're interested.... that way you could have the black grip like the auto 9, but still have the stock option...

but! OMG I WANT IT!

how performance on it? are the groupings on 3rd any better?
i know in mine i can control the groupings some , but in FA i'm likely to hit everywhere but the target... lol, these pistols are garbage for FA, imo... i do love the 3rd and semi though, best stock ksc/kwa around, imo.
Thank You, Apache, I really appreciate it

Hmmm, black standard grips are a good thought...

The gun shoots righteous on semi auto (put a couple holes through my storage boxes when i was test firing) , but I need upgrade springs to enjoy auto and burst. WGC has a 150% spring for WA, Marui and KSC beretta's so i might go with that. They also have a king arms hammer spring set; I wouldn't have to order from multiple sources then.

Does anyone have an upgrade piston??? I could tune it to be so much more powerful, but I need the durability of an aluminum floating valve.
does the KM Auto 9 tight bore install without modification? apache if those black grips fit the m93r I'm interested!
The Auto nine barrel is a drop in fit for adjustable hop-up units only. I just learned yesterday that some Auto 9s were released without adjustable hop-up ,WTF???

Will Fit this inner barrel assembly...

Will NOT fit this style...
