When did you notice a problem? I can check the server logs.
around 5-6pm my time.
Also I have a guy couldn't connect to the website even after the site is backup last night. Very strange.
I've checked with our technical department, and the server logs and datacenter logs indicate no downtime whatsoever. Everything was up according to the monitoring equipment. So, it's possible it was ISP, or just internet related. All it takes is one bad router or downed line somewhere to cause issues for several hours.
That was me... I couldn't get onto the site. I rerouted me to the community.tradersairsoft.com but it said something like server could not be found. Checked with another guy local to me, and got nothing.
I've since updated the name servers for the domain name itself, and I'm pretty sure that should take care of any issues getting to the site. Because we use several servers to host DNS, including units in Europe, it may have caused some timeouts before the changes were made. I'm guessing it helped in your case, as you're posting now.
