I am having a similar problem with my WA (weird). When i point it up i can cock it fine, but when i point it down the slide gets stuck.
Check to see if your chamber is getting caught on the slide. I dont know if this applies to TM, but push down on your Outer barrel while facing the gun downwards and cock it. If it cocks, then i think its the chamber.

It is normal for Guarder....mainly because it has poor tolerance and fit.....my general advice is to avoid them....

So I got a Guarder one piece steel outer barrel for my Marui Hicapa 4.3.

It looks great, but I'm having a problem.

When I rack the slide back while holding the pistol parallel or pointed up, it seems to be working just fine.

When I rach the slide back while the pistol is pointed down (like I normally do), the slide sticks. It seems that when it's parallel or pointed up, the barrel retracts with the slide for about 1/3-1/2" like it's supposed to. When it's facing down, it's not retracting back causing it to push up into the slide and getting stuck.

This is NOT happening with the plastic stock barrel.

Is this normal for these steel barrels? If not, what could be causing this? Any easy fixes?
